The first clue can be found in the SHAKA computer:
   

       
The second clue can be found in the book on the table, it will tell you the name of the different breasts:
      

   
Each panel of the puzzle will reveal a certain breast type, you need to find the ones listed in the SHAKA Computer and then click on them in that order.
        

1st is Gandhi's Delight, find it then click on it.

2nd is Sunrise of Kilimanjaro, find it then click on it

3rd is Droopy Debs, find it then click on it

4th is Hypno-Mondo-Rifico, find it then click on it

When you are finished the puzzle will open up
